Students browse the catalogue and submit a borrow request for any available book.

Librarian Approves
The librarian reviews and marks it "For Pick-up." The student is notified instantly.

Student Picks Up
The student collects the book. The librarian marks it "Picked Up" and the due date starts.

Scan & Return
Librarian scans the barcode to confirm return. A confirmation email is sent automatically.
